Explanations of inactive actions are now available in platform. By hovering your cursor over any inactive option (for example on your Contract details screen) you will be shown a yellow explanation pop-up. These explanations are to provide you greater insight as to why you may not be able to complete certain actions such as ‘edit’, ‘cancel’ or ‘complete’.
The example below explains why you cannot ‘Generate Invoice’ for the below Contract. The explanation is shown in the yellow pop up box, ‘You’re unable to generate the invoice for the contract as its status is Awaiting Deliveries’.
This feature is available for Deliveries, Orders, Invoices and Contracts screens.
