Default days are over! Like your Contracts screen, now your Deliveries and Orders screens (both Transactions and Storage) can be customised to display the information important to you. You can rearrange columns to fit your custom view and apply filters for fast and easy access to specific information. Read on to find out more about these filtering options.
Using the filter function you can now customise your screen view by adding, hiding and rearranging columns on your report to suit your purpose. You can enhance the customisation by using filters to search for Deliveries or Orders with specific fields such as a commodity, season, date or quantity.
Thesecustomisedfilters can be saved as a preset, for personal or organisation level use. This allows you to save various reports for every section of your business, accessible anytime across your entire team or for personal use.
Search & Sort
Search and sorting functions have been improved to provide faster and more flexible filtering. The search feature has dynamic capacity, delivering more accurate results more efficiently. The sort function gives you more control over the Deliveries and Orders screen views.
We’ve also enhanced the user flow when using the search function. You will now be returned to the searched shortlist of results when hitting ‘back’ from a particular document. We hope this will save time by preventing the need to re-enter the search terms.
NOTE: As part of this update on the Storage Deliveries screen any old ‘In Progress’ Deliveries will not be automatically displayed at the top. To sort by status simply select the arrow next to the Status symbol.
When exporting your preset view from your Deliveries or Orders screens, only the selected data will be exported, allowing you to easily create personaliseddata reports.
