Welcome to AgriDigital! We're excited to have you on board. This page is your single source of truth for the onboarding process — it outlines every step, what we're doing behind the scenes, and the small number of actions we'll need from you along the way.

Phase 1 — Initial Account Preparation & Setup

We configure the foundations of your AgriDigital account — creating your account, setting up your company profile, and connecting your NGR account.

What's covered

  • 👤Account creation — your AgriDigital account is provisioned and admin access granted
  • 🏢Company setup — business name, ABN, contact details and default settings configured
  • 🌾NGR account creation — your National Grower Register details linked and verified

What we need from you

  • 🌾Set up an NGR (National Grower Register) account if you don't already have one — your onboarding contact will share a registration link
  • 📋Complete the short onboarding form in your welcome email (business details, ABN, NGR number)
  • Confirm your details are correct once we send the setup summary for review

Phase 2 — Customer Data Seeded

We take the information you've provided and build it into your account — seeding your master data and migrating any current transactional records so your account is live-ready before training begins.

What's covered

  • 📋Account data seeded — all information from your onboarding form is loaded into your account (contacts, settings, configurations)
  • 🔄Transactional data migrated — current contracts, grain records, or other operational data migrated or seeded into your account
  • Data integrity checks — our team reviews all seeded data for accuracy and completeness before sign-off

What we need from you

  • 📤Provide an export or file of any transactional data you'd like migrated (contracts, grain records, invoices) — your onboarding contact will advise on format
  • 🔍Review the seeded data in your account and confirm everything looks correct before sign-off
💡 If you have no transactional data to migrate, this phase is largely automatic — we seed from the form and notify you when it's ready to review.

How do I know if I'm subscribed to the Storage module?
Your subscription confirmation email will list all modules included in your plan. If you're unsure, reply to your welcome email or contact your onboarding contact — they'll confirm in minutes.
What do I need to prepare for the Storage Configuration form?
It helps to have your site/location list ready, along with the commodities and grades you handle at each site. For fees, gather your current rate schedules for storage, receival, outturn, and any applicable shrink rates. The form includes descriptions and examples for each field.
Can I add more users after onboarding is complete?
Yes. Your platform admin can add and manage users directly from within the platform at any time — no need to contact our team.
Who should attend each training session?
Session 1 (Admin Account Review & Settings) is designed for whoever will manage your account — typically your platform admin or operations lead. Session 2 (Module Overviews & Workflows) is recommended for all team members who will use the platform day to day.
Who do I contact if I have a question during onboarding?
Your dedicated onboarding contact is named in your welcome email. You can reach them directly via email, or simply reply to any automated email you receive and it'll route to the right person.
