You will have oversight of all day-to-day logistics,operation and financial administration of the cotton finance product.

In between finance periods (or on a shared basis), you will also join the Customer Success and Community team. You will engage directly with existing and potential AgriDigital customers to create an optimal sales & marketingenvironment, strengthen our customer relationships and meet our customer success objectives.    

Goals include

Operations Co-ordinator

  • Driving the logistics and administration functions, for the continuous improvement of the cotton finance product.
  • Working in a fast paced, agile environment and interfacing with team members and external parties.
  • Innovation through constant iterations and improvements to processes.
  • Ability to document or analyse operations through various media (word; excel; powerpoint; Jira; confluence).
  • Willingness to liaise with customers or brokers or finance parties to ensure best practice operations at all times.

Customer Success and Community

  • Undertaking customer support of the AgriDigital platform and related technologies and ensuring customer success from onboarding to the use of the AgriDigital platform.
Key responsibilities

Operations Manager

You will operate the finance product through a mix of automated and manual processes; including managing:

  • Timely processing of invoices including interface with Xero.
  •  Accurate and timely data reconciliations.
  • Effectively managing the relationship with the broker and co-ordinating with other external relationships.
  • Monitoring advances and recoveries to ensure cashflow is maximised.
  • Ensure the effective operation and utilisation of the AgriDigital platform or any integrated software.
  • Ability to document or analyse operations through various media (word; excel; powerpoint; Jira; confluence).

Customer Success and Community

  • Undertake customer support activities so as to meet or exceed service level targets and provide analysis and feedback to CustomerSales and Success and Product teams.
  • Provide knowledgeable support to our customers and all AgriDigital users leading up to and during harvest time.
  • Develop and undertake customer communications and education initiatives so as to build awareness around important upcoming feature releases and product and updates.
  • Undertake user outreach initiatives to support and ensure our customer’s users can complete their tasks on the AgriDigital platform confidently and easily.  


  • Co-ordinate with customer, stakeholders and industry participants.
  • Promote and extend the AgriDigital brand and Vision and Values.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to your safety and wellbeing and that of AgriDigital employees, contractors and colleagues through promotinga safety conscious work environment and culture.

Qualifications,Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar in relevant discipline
  • 3+ years commodity trading, operations, sales experience or similar
  • Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
  • Strong computer literacy and application of Xero
  • Strong project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify system gaps and implement change
  • Self-starter who is willing to take accountability for deliverables and consistently exceed expectations
  • Creative and strategic thinker, driven by intuition but able to gut check and course-correct with data, as well as report results and optimize using data
  • General IT fluency
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize
  • Team player, willing to work collaboratively in a high-energy, fast-moving, start-up environment
  • Enthusiasm for and experience in the agriculture industry a plus
