Emma Weston

Co-Founder & CEO

As co-founder and CEO at AgriDigital, Emma leads all aspects of the business’ strategy, stakeholder engagement, blockchain and talent management with oversight of the sales, broader technology and operational environments. AgriDigital (formerly Full Profile) was founded in 2015 and is based out of Sydney, Australia.


Emma led AgriDigital to give a winning pitch at the Westpac BlockHack16 event in May by demonstrating a working agri blockchain. She then went on to take out the Blockchain Summit in Melbourne in June and pitch at Finovate in New York in September, 2016, becoming the first agtech company to do so in over 2000 pitches. 


In October 2016, AgriDigital launched their agri-commodity management platform for farmers, buyers and site operators. In December 2016, they successfully completed the first ever settlement of a physical agri-commodity on a blockchain between a farmer and a buyer.


Emma’s diverse career as a lawyer, agribusiness executive, start-up mentor and executive coach adds a wealth of strategic and operational experience to the AgriDigital team.


Her knowledge of industry best practice drives their innovation, product development, internal systems, and customer service. She has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by senior executives, CEOs/founders and boards in driving personal and organisational performance with a keen sense of operational excellence and a commitment to stakeholder communication. 


Emma holds an MBA from AGSM and LLB (Hons), BA from University of Melbourne, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an associate of the CreatingWe Institute of ANZ and a member of the International Coaching Federation. She regularly provides pro-bono mentoring and coaching services through various externally administered programs.
